As a hālau, we also offer ʻukulele lessons for all ages and experience levels. We have been fortunate to have had wonderful instructors since 2013 including Kumu’s father, Ernest Aiu, from the very beginning to our current instructors, two dancers of Papa ʻIlima, Kainalu Hochstim & Kainani Quezada-Urak. ʻUkulele lessons are included in hālau dues should haumāna wish to supplement their hula with the music of the Hawaiian people.
